I know that there are many great Dad's out there. So many that are all special in their own ways.
But tonight before the day is over I really want to tell OUR Daddy that he is the best!
Our Dad, the best guy in the whole wide world. The one who knows exactly how to care for us in the best way possible. The one who has all the specific skills and talents that we need. The one who does the hard things because he loves us so much. The one who literally saves our lives.
The one who gently leads us to our next life.
The one who is loved so dearly by his children it shines so brightly in their eyes.
He is the kindest, most compassionate, forgiving, loving man.
We are so lucky to share our lives with him and so lucky to get to call him our Dad.
Love you will all our hearts Whit!!!

Whit, I agree. I have always thought you were a truly outstanding Dad. You are!
And I may have missed saying so on Mother's Day (can't remember...), but Lindsey is a truly outstanding Mom, too. She is!
