Jonas and I actually made it outside yesterday all by ourselves. I knew it would be a long day if we didn't try and get out for a moment and the weatherman said that it was suppose to be cooler. So.. we headed out in the wagon and walked around the church a couple of times. It was so nice, there was shade pretty much the whole time. I could tell Jonas was loving it. What made it nice was the great breeze. At times it was really windy which reminded me of a Winnie the Pooh line..
"Happy Windsday Owl"..
I said this to Jonas and he looked at me and grinned ear to ear. So the rest of the walk we talked about how windy it was, watched mommy's hair blow in the wind, looked at the leaves and branches sway. He was in heaven and he loved it every time I wished him a Happy "Wind"sday! It's funny what strikes his fancy.
