Much Better

I always look back at posts like the last one and feel guilty that I shared. At the time I just felt like sharing what was going on...and it came off a little "poor me". I apologize. We are all doing much better and really starting to enjoy each others company!!

Jonas is really starting to perk up to his little sister. Each morning, after feeding Maggie, we come in and wake Jonas up. He is always eager to see her face. Whether that's because he loves her or he wants to see if she's really still here...we'll only know in heaven. He does have a smile so I have to think that he likes her.
Maggie LOVES to snuggle up next to Jonas.
Jonas is a good boy to always stay right by his sister for me. :)

Maggie also is entranced with Jonas' therapies in the morning. All the buzzing and humming of machines puts her in a trance that makes things a little easier for me when getting Jonas all ready.
I have to say that I love this little family of mine. All I want to do is be with them!
I need to blow up the picture at the top and look at it whenever I start to feel the "downers".
Life is good.

"Um she is eating my arm... is she supposed to do that?"

Don't know if this makes a difference, but posts like the last one are every bit as welcome as ones where things are a little easier. I don't think you come across as "poor me" at all - sounds like the realities of life with ups and downs. Sometimes - like you said - all you can do is just keep swimming!!!

I'm thankful for whatever sharing you can do, no matter what state life is in. You are very far from a "poor me" person, anyway. Nobody is going to think that, because you simply aren't that way.

Absolutely loved these pictures of your family - and the ones of Jonas cuddling his little sister are :)))!!!!!!!!!

How's it going with the showings? Any sign the house might sell soon? It would be nice to have that over and done with, for all your sakes.

What a great family! :)

Love,

I am glad things are going better. Don't feel bad about the last post. Sometimes we just need to get things off our chest - and writing it down - always helps. And plus, I think its good for when you look back at past posts and realize that life is never "JUST PEACHY". We have hard times, and that is what makes each day worth it.
