Christmas Eve

We had a great Christmas Eve! My Aunt Lynnie and Uncle Michael had us over to their house where we were fed a great feast. I think I am still stuffed. It's always so fun to get together with my family. It's not a dull party that's for sure! This year we added a really great element to our festivities, the Nativity. All of the children dressed up while we read the story of our Savior's birth. Jonas was included in this production as one of the three wise men. He played it very well. As always he was a little nervous at the beginning watching very carefully to see where Mom or Dad was, but then he warmed right up.
It was very sweet. My cousins did a great job putting it all together, they are such great moms who I totally look up to and wish I could be as talented as they are. It is always good to be reminded why we are celebrating Christmas. This Christmas has been extra tender in my heart this year and there couldn't have been a better way to solidify that feeling.
