Finally we figured out our internet issues and I am reconnected to the world. We have been going, going, going these past weeks anyway, so all in all it was good timing. I guess I will start by going back in time and recounting our many adventures while throwing in some updates on Jonas.
St. George May 2010
As usual our trip to St. George was great! We had perfect weather and had a great time taking it easy. Our days consisted of hanging out at the pool, eating, and watching movies...great for me!
As I mentioned before Jonas LOVED the pool. He would protest the getting in phase, which I hate as well. This year the water was a little chilly, but did feel nice with the heat. I wish I could describe the funny sound that Jonas made one day has he was lowered in. Basically it was a low grumble ahhhhhhh which was "oh my gosh this water is cold and you just put me all the way in...ahhhhhhh". Sometimes it's sad to think the things we make him do, but once he got over the initial shock he was happy! He swam this year with his mask on which limited him just a little, but it was much easier than we thought. We pushed the wagon with all of his equipment right up to the side of the pool and let his tubing hang over the side. Jonas was free to breath easy and swim. We've always had children ask us "what's wrong with him", this trip it was different. It was "what are you doing to him". I thought that was an interesting question, which made me want to respond with something like.."teaching him to scuba dive".
We are just so glad that we keep getting to go and spend time relaxing as a family.

Absolutely love the pics of him in the water!!!!
That looks like so much fun!
Plus, there's the added benefit of being able to use the Little Mermaid picture as blackmail when he starts dating ...
