Back to Family

While I have been worried about my photos (which we are still working on, but have some great help and some possible back-ups and thank you for your prayers) I have missed sharing some great times with more family! So I apologize for the delay...Back to the family!

At the very end of June we had a great visit from Whit's sister, hubbie, and niece. It was almost complete, just missing TJ whose on duty in Bahrain. Now that they live in Cali we hope these visits will be more frequent, both ways! :)

We of course had to head immediately down to the new City Creek mall and show off how awesome downtown Salt Lake is becoming. Maggie loves being with the girls and shopping!

 Maggie needs to get with the Cali style...she needs her self a pair of Ray-Bans.

 Aunt Suz is either singing 'Popcorn Popping' or educating her on how much shoes are.

 We love when the guys get to join the shopping time..Kim how'd you escape this??

One night we joined the crew and headed up Millcreek Canyon for a BBQ. I think I've mentioned this before, but going up into the mountains and even in the canyon is the one thing that we hesitate with Maggie. The higher altitude isn't always the easiest for SMA kiddos to breath in and not very accessible. We are sure glad we took a chance. It was a great time and Maggie did fabulous.

 She stole my strawberry...I think she really enjoyed it!

Then we were able to end the fun with a day of swimming! Grandma Merri, Riley, Mckenzie, and a little later on Brandon were able to join us. We had the pool all to ourselves for about an hour and a half, pretty cool! 

 

Oh and one of the highlights was going to see the movie BRAVE!!! I'm so mad I didn't get a picture there, but it was so fun and we love that movie. Thanks Hoyts for the wonderful visit! Wish it could have been longer, but hopefully the next visit can be us going to Disneyland with you!!! That would be fun!
