Cousin London's Baby Blessing

Yesterday we drove up to Kaysville to be at my brother's little girl, London, baby blessing. They live in Phoenix and were so nice to come up here so that all the family could be there. Morgan flew in Friday night and then had to fly home Sunday to get back for school, so it was a low key event as we did the blessing in Lindsay Lou's parent's home. It was very sweet. This was our first time seeing London! She is very adorable! I loved her little blessing dress.
We were able to hang out with them again that evening and it is so much fun having them home. It's been six months at least since we've seen them. That's too long. Max is a goofball and is finally starting to like me, so I really like having him around. He is so sweet when Jonas comes in. Always saying, Oh Hi Jonas!, but in this soft nice voice. I can tell that he wants to just squeeze him or get some sort of response back from Jonas. Even though he doesn't Max is nice to keep trying. He is always concerned with his feeding tube and when we remind him that it goes in his tummy he responds with a, sigh "oh"..like that's too bad, I'm sorry.

This picture looks familiar..the boys watching a movie
The cousins
It was really easy to get these two to keep still for a photo..I could have taken a billion they are so cute!
Saying Good-Bye to my cute cousin...I'll miss you :(
It's really wierd to hold a baby that moves... I feel like I am five and should be having my mom behind me making sure that I don't drop her. Babies really move..huh..what a concept.

Lindsey!

Hi, I came across your blog from Katie Woods and I just wanted to say hi and tell you that your baby boy is an angel! I was so sorry to hear about his disease but seams as though God has sent you one of His angels that didn't need to be tested. I am 6 months pregnant with a girl and still in NYC. I would love to hear from you and more about your journey with your baby.
Lots of Love,

Oh, I know it. I went to church today and a baby the same age as Dakin reached for my phone...I was hesitant giving it up because I didn't think he could hold it, since Dakin can't. Of course he held it just fine. It's a weird frame of mind, isn't it? I'm glad you guys got to go.

I loved the "cousins" picture and the one of the boys all watching t.v. I'm glad you were able to get out of the house for a family adventure!

I'm so happy that you and Jonas and Whit all came to the blessing. It was so special and I was so glad London finally got over her cold so she could meet Jonas. He is so cute and I LOVE those pix of the cousins. I have a million shots of them all together after dinner and they are so adorable. Can't wait to see you guys again, maybe in a few weeks??
