The Walk...

What a walk it was! Team Jonas had a great turnout because of such wonderful, wonderful family and friends! My wonderful parents and amazing Smith clan came. Whit's great parents and sweet Nick, Chris, and girls joined the fun. (p.s. Chris had the baby..all that walking did the trick I guess!!) Grandma Merri's cousin came from American Fork, this was the first time meeting them, how nice! Primary Children's colleagues, Terri, Ashley + roommate were a nice surprise addition to the group. Then of course the all supportive Bennion crew; Carletons, Brooke and Paula made Team Jonas complete!

Then of course there were those who couldn't be there physically, but were so thoughtful to donate instead!
It was emotional for me as Team Jonas gathered before we started our walk. It is a great feeling to be surrounded by the people who love you and especially love Jonas. From the bottom of my heart...THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

A beautiful place to have our 10 mile walk...or was it at least a mile?Sorry Quintin..I guess I do know how to Photoshop..it's called being a poor photographer.

Jonas was finally able to meet some of his Buddies that we see all the time in pictures. This is Riley, he is just a couple weeks younger than Jonas. It was pretty hot and Jonas was spent, but he perked up a little when he met Riley. He knew they were buddies and needed to say Hi.

I'll have to post when I hear the final amount that we raised, but from what I know we did at least $550.00!! That's great! Hopefully one day, and one day soon, they can find a cure!
