Goofy's Kitchen Day 5

Day five started out with another new experience, breakfast with the characters! Jonas has an autograph book that we've been trying to get as many characters to sign as we can. So going to Goofy's Kitchen was a great way to make sure we see some characters and have a delicious breakfast at the same time. We were sure lucky to see the characters that we saw. Only Cinderella was a repeat for Jonas. I'll say it again, but the characters are wonderful. The attention and love they show to Jonas will never be forgotten. Like Jonas they say so much without saying a word.
Classic Cinderella. It's hard to say if she was Jonas' favorite because I think he loved every princess.
BALOO!!! Oh my heck! Jonas was in awe, he was so tall. He loved Baloo
The host... Goofy. Jonas was of course staring at something else.
Rafiki...if you can't tell Jonas was intrigued by him. We watched Lion King maybe twice, so I don't think he really knew who he was. It was still fun.
Jonas saw Dale while Maggie saw Chip. She woke up just in time.
While we were eating, they turned on some music and the characters started dancing with the kids. We had to join! But we kept our distance and so what did Baloo do? He came to us. Gosh they're nice.
And then Pluto followed us back to our table after dancing. It was a very exciting way to start our day.
Later that day we saw Sulley and then did some more of our favorite things to do.
Waiting for everyone to get back from Tower of Terror. I am so glad that I took random pictures like this one and the next. My two little buddies together! Wish I would have taken more!
Can you find a hidden Logan? We were hoping to us this for our Christmas photo, but it's not the easiest to see Jonas in.
You know thinking back we had a special moment each day. One made us stop and think about how truly grateful we are to have Jonas in our lives. How wonderful it is that other people take the time to notice him and show him they care. How by these small acts of kindness, a wonderful feeling of love and joy will be burned into our hearts forever. I know he doesn't look to happy in this photo, but I think he was a little startled. It was the end of the night, watching their parade. It's a fun one, full of music, characters and getting to interact with them. At the end, the floats and the parade dancers shoot confetti into the air and towards the crowds. A couple of dancers took the liberty to take their confetti and sprinkle it on Jonas. They were not right in front of him, they went out of their way to come to Jonas and sprinkle their magic. It was a tender moment. We all knew in our hearts that this would most likely be Jonas' last time here in Disneyland and for something special like to this to happen, well it was also a teary moment. Thinking of not being able to do experience this with Jonas hurt. I was so full of gratitude that I did still have him. And now...well it hurts to think about going again without him. Love that boy, wish I could kiss his cheeks and sing him goodnight.
