The 23rd of December was moving day as well as my mother's birthday, aka bowling party. We had to be out of our house Christmas Eve and so we tried to have everything ready so that come Christmas Eve morning we could move our stuff and then have plenty of time to celebrate the holiday. Plus I hated asking people to come spend their morning helping us move instead of being with their families. So we packed up the trailer that Jim, our Realtor, let us borrow..rented a moving truck to store all the rest of our house..cleaned the house...and then went bowling. That's our lives, always on the go. Never stopping, never calm. At least it hasn't been for awhile. Thank you, Thank you to all that helped move. What a sacrifice! It meant so much to us to have your help! Thank you!
Bowling was fun as always. Except this year we rented the lanes for 1 hour only and that was all you got..1 hour. If you aren't finished with your game, Oh well, times up. We didn't finish our game. Too many people on one lane and it takes more than an hour. I was the Queen of spares and would have totally wasted everyone. Guess we'll never know. Happy Birthday Mom/Grammie!
