Well things haven't changed too much. It was a really long week last week and it hasn't gotten much better. Maggie just kind of keeps going up and down. She's good one day, then awful the next. This cold is starting to take it's toll on her. I hate this for her. I hate myself for not keeping her protected. We were lucky to have a good day last Friday so that Whit and I could attend our 10 Year High School Reunion. It was actually so much fun. To be able to see people, catch up face to face. With our awesome ability to Blog about our whole lives and silently watch others, you tend to kind of know what's going on with everyone. Still that face to face is nice and not everyone blogs. It made me want to be back in High School..to some degree I guess. Anyway, we entrusted Maggie to my brother, Taylor, and his wife, Arica for the first time. Conveniently enough our high school is minutes away from our house, so if they needed us we could be home super quick. They all did great!! Maggie had the best time!
So for now we're not on the up, but not on the down. Not in the hospital, which is fantastic. Let's just pray that the up will be soon. Very soon. 'Cause you know, someone has a birthday coming up!!!

Get better soon Miss Maggie! I tried to talk Andrew into going to the reunion but he opted not too. Shame shame, right?
Still thinking of you guys often!

Ah - so sorry to hear that Maggs is still struggling! It makes me so frustrated.
I will be praying for her little body to fight this off and get back to her delightful cute self!
Love you guys! Ash Richards
Praying and thinking of you all - so excited for Maggie to turn one. It seems like just yesterday my Skylar turned one, while I was mourning the loss of Jonas. Strange that now I am grieving the loss of Skylar. Praying that you have many more days, weeks, months and years with Maggie. Hoping she gets through this soon. You are an amazing mother. *side note - my word verification was "unflu" which I thought was appropriate for Maggie to get better :)
Oh, Maggie! Get better! I am praying for you...
Love,
Cathy in Missouri
It is so so hard. But you cannot blame yourself or think that you aren't protecting her. I'm sure you do all that can possibly done without making her quality of life and yours absolutely zero. It's a balancing act!
i'm sorry she's sick. no hospital for maggie i'm sending good vibes your way.
I can't believe her birthday is coming up!!! How exciting. Get better lilttle Maggie!
